Terms and Conditions of Delivery and Returns - A&E-bikehome
1. Service
A&E-bikehome offers a delivery and return service of the e-bike directly to your
domicile in Riva del Garda and surrounding areas, guaranteeing a rental experience
comfortable and stress-free.
2. Covered Locations
Delivery and return service is available in the following locations:
- Garda shore
- Arch
- Torbole
- Dr.
- Ceniga
For delivery requests to other locations, contact us to check availability and
any additional cost.
3. Delivery and Return Times
- Delivery is made every day between 08:00 and 11:00.
- The return is expected between 18:00 and 20:00.
- Any special needs must be agreed at least 24 hours in advance.
4. Service Costs
- The delivery and return service in Riva del Garda and in the covered locations is free.
- For delivery and return in the historic center and in limited traffic areas, the service requires a supplement of 5 euros.
- Any supplement will be communicated at the time of booking.
5. Terms of Service
- At the time of delivery and return, the customer must be present at the established time.
- The e-bike must be returned in the same condition in which it was delivered.
- In case of absence of the customer, an additional cost for a new delivery or return may be applied.
6. Changes or Cancellations - Changes to the delivery/return time or location must be communicated
at least 24 hours in advance.
